Jud Perkins: "There is a need in Connecticut for a strong central mediation organization who promotes and actively participates in the expansion of mediation in Connecticut. I am on the Board and Treasurer of the Center for Mediation Rhode Island and many of the programs implemented in Rhode Island and other states can be adapted to the needs of Connecticut. CTMA can and should be the facilitating organization to make this happen. This can open revenue opportunities and expand membership. After completing a successful business career with executive positions, upon retirement I began applying my business skills to ADR. Today I arbitrate or mediate for the American Arbitration Association, FINRA, the National Center for Dispute Settlement, the Rhode Island District Court and New York City Courts."

Nancy Greenwald: "Although my time commitment has been restricted, I believe the organization is headed in the right direction, and I feel I can still make significant contributions that will help build our deliverables in 2024. I've been asked by several members to return to the Board for the particular voice and experience I bring."
